Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

All orders will be process for delivery within 2 business days from the date of your order with full payment. Goods to reach at your domestic delivery address within major cities and regional towns may take 3 to 10 business days, overseas address may take 14 to 30 business days depends on your location providing order received while we have the stock.

Please note that some area require slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. These area may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed.

Delivery charges

Your delivery may eligible for FREE OF CHARGE within metro areas for order above a certain values, you will be notified at the checkout if your delivery eligible for free of delivery charge .

Overseas deliver charges will be shown/ mention at the time of order & check out.

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.Should we receive no response to our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card.

Returns Policy

If something damaged, faulty, we offer 20-days returns policy subject to unused and with original packaging and in re-saleable condition. This means that the product is in the original packaging and unused. After received our product back into our warehouse we shall arrange credit note or refund within 14 business days.

We strongly recommend and request that your ordered items be checked carefully for any damages, shorten, missing, wrong item before they are signed for and accepted with our delivery or courier man. Reported product damage, shorten, missing, wrong item will not be processed unless we are notified at the point of delivery or notify us within 3 days of the delivery .

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct, if you receive an item which is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

All we ask is that your item is in its original, unopened, packaging without any markings or scribbles. Goods which are returned that do not match the returns requested or are unfit for resale, will not be accepted or credited.

If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back (subject to unused,undamaged and with original packaging and in re-saleable condition) but not necessarily at full-credit value. Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to take back any food or drink items, coffee and water, medicine etc.

If you qualify for a free reward by satisfying a minimum spend threshold and you decide to return some of the goods purchased which reduces your order value below the minimum spend threshold, you will need to return (at your cost) the free reward to receive a credit or refund. Similarly, where a free gift is offered subject to the purchase of a specified item, if you decide to return the specified item, you will need to return (at your cost) the free gift to receive a credit or refund.
